'Nagpur for Kids Club' is an initiative by The Times of India to promote holistic development of the children of Nagpur. 'Nagpur for Kids Club' aims to put a smile on our children's faces, and help parents make sense of the bewildering changes they face. We seek to bring together all those who play a pivotal role in a child's life — parents, teachers, doctors, and believe it or not, politicians (because they frame policies that make a difference, for better or worse, to young lives). At Nagpur for Kids Club, TOI conducts workshops, visits and brings together experts from various fields to engage with the kids and provide them experiences that go a long way in shaping their future. Over the years, we have organised Basketball workshop with the coach of the National Team, Badminton wokshop with Jibi Varghese, Photography Workshop, Bird Watching workshop with Dr. Kothe and visits to Guards Regimental Centre, TOI Press, Radio Mirchi Studio, Diesel Locomotive Shed, Dinshaw’s Ice Cream Factory and several others.
